1. What are your hours of operation?
We are not open yet, but we plan to operate:
Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday: 9:30 AM – 11:00 PM

2. Do I need to make a reservation for Open Play?
No reservations are needed for Open Play! You’re welcome to drop in anytime during our operating hours.
3. How much does admission cost?
Admission rates will be annouced closer to our launch date.
4. Is there an age limit?
Our play area is designed for children ages 2–7, but we also have a dedicated crawler zone for younger siblings.
5. What safety measures do you have in place?
Your child’s safety is our priority. Our facility includes multiple safety gates, sanitized toys and equipment cleaned several times daily, and non-toxic, silica-free play sand. Staff members are always on-site to assist and monitor the play areas.
6. Do I need to stay with my child during their visit?
Yes, we require a parent or guardian to remain on-site and supervise their child at all times.
7. Can we bring outside food and drinks?
You’re welcome to bring nut-free snacks and drinks to enjoy in our café area. All food and beverages must remain in the café—no food or drinks are allowed on the play floor. If anyone in your group has a snack made with a peanut butter alternative (e.g., Wowbutter, Sunbutter), please notify management. Please note that tree nut butters (such as almond, cashew, walnut, hazelnut, and pecan butters) are not permitted.
Our café offers tables for families to enjoy quick snacks or drinks during playtime. However, the café cannot be used for celebrations or gatherings, as this violates our policy against hosting parties without a reservation. Thank you for your cooperation!
8. How do I book a birthday party or private event?
Booking is easy! Visit our website to view available packages and reserve your party online, or call us directly for assistance.
9. Do you offer memberships?
Yes, we offer monthly and annual memberships that include unlimited visits, discounts on birthday parties, and early access to special events.
10. Do you allow shoes and sock in the sandbox?
To maintain cleanliness, shoes and socks are not allowed in the sandbox.
11. Is parking available?
Yes, we offer free on-site parking for all visitors.
12. Can I host a group visit or field trip?
Absolutely! We welcome school groups, daycare visits, and other large groups. Contact us for group rates and to schedule your visit.
13. How often do you clean the facility?
We take cleanliness and hygiene very seriously to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all our guests. Our rigorous cleaning protocols include sanitizing toys, play structures, and frequently touched surfaces multiple times throughout the day. Between play sessions, our staff conducts additional cleanings to maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness.
At the end of each day, we perform a thorough deep cleaning of the entire facility, including the play areas, café, and restrooms. Our specialized cleaning processes use child-safe, non-toxic products to eliminate germs without compromising safety. We also monitor, aerate, and treat our silica-free play sand regularly to keep it fresh, clean, and allergen-free. These measures ensure that every visit to Dig 'N' Play Zone is not only fun but also worry-free.
14. What if my child has an allergy?
We do our best to provide a safe environment for all children. Please notify our staff of any specific allergies, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. We are, in general, a nut-free zone.
15. Do you have Wi-Fi for parents?
Yes! Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the facility so parents can relax or work while their kids play.
